The distinction between general evidence and specific evidence (Sheikh Hisham El Mehdioubi).
General evidence is the source of inference, and we refer to the Noble Quran as a general evidence because it is the source to which we refer when deducing Islamic rulings. On the other hand, specific evidence is the specific text that is relied upon to derive a ruling. For example, the prohibition of alcohol is specified in the verse of the Quran that states, หO you who have believed, indeed, intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing on] stone alters [to other than Allah], and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan...ห This is a specific evidence because it indicates a specific ruling.
Note: The work of a scholar of Usul al-Fiqh (Principles of Jurisprudence) relates to general evidence, while the work of a jurist relates to specific evidence.

Creating a Believer (Sheikh Hisham Al Mahjoubi)
In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful
The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: A believer is not one who stabs, curses, is obscene, or obscene. Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and Al-Hakim and authenticated by Al-Albani.
The essence of faith and the foundation of Islam is good behavior with every human being and treating others with all good and beautiful kindness. One of the characteristics of a believer is that he is not slanderous, that is, he does not belittle people and does not hurt them with his bad words, whether in their presence or absence. The meaning of the words of the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, is not by cursing. That is, he should not curse people or insult them, and one of the ugliest insults is cursing, which means expulsion from Godโs mercy. As for the meaning of his saying, peace and blessings be upon him, โNo obscenity,โ the obscene one is the one who speaks ugly words that offend modesty. As for the meaning of the saying, peace and blessings be upon him, โNo obscenity.โ The obscene one is the one who speaks words before he thinks about them, and one of its meanings is also the one who speaks foolish words, and one of the wonders of the end times is that we see groups of pretenders and fools attacking the Companions, the Prophetโs family, the Imams of Hadith, the scholars, and the righteous, under the pretext of reform, renewal of the religion, etc. They are nothing but callers at the gates of Hell. Whoever responds to them will be cast into it.

The obstacles to success with Allah (Sheikh Hisham Mahjoubi) In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Lust and the disease of suspicion. Taboo, even if a person does not reach the forbidden level, he wastes many times and great energies on him. The hollow of the son of Adam fills with nothing but dust (the cure for this disease is asceticism in this world, concern for the afterlife, and preoccupation with the times of acts of obedience (the one who purifies it has succeeded, and the one who indexes it) has been disappointed. The delusions that he loves himself sometimes because of the love of revolution against reality or the love of excellence in something that no one has brought, or because of manโs envy of religious scholars and elders, and the malice of the soul is limitless. We seek refuge in You from immorality and delusions, and in the end, we must know that the world is short and despicable, so beware of selling your hereafter (and the Hereafter is better for you than the first, and your Lord will give you, and you will be satisfied. โ โคุจุณุชุงู ุนูู ุงููุจูุกุฉ

In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
The intended meaning of the two gardens, Allah knows best, is the Garden of those on the right, i.e., the Muslims who hold their Book in their right hand on the Day of Resurrection, and above it is the highest level of Paradise, the Garden of the foremost, the Prophets of Allah and His close friends. Allah has described these two noble gardens in Surat Al-Waqiหah.
